| Message | Jil and Family I am very sorry to hear of the death of your father. We met once a long time ago at a new home site and wrote a contract for one my cutomers. My thoughts are with you and your family I too lost my father about a year ago and can certainly sympathize with your feelings at this time. May the promises at John 5:28,29. Revelation 21:3,4 and Psamls 27:10 and 11 give you and your family much comfort at this time. Selina |

I'll always treasure the country music CDs he burned for me and my memory of his smiling eyes. We don't wonder why the angels are so happy. Edd, we miss you keenly. |

| Message | I was sad to hear about Edd. We were introduced by our buddy, the late Garland Spangler years ago. I will always remember that trophy room full of animals, his kind demeanor, and the way he talked low on the phone when he was in a deer stand. He was truly one of a kind! The last time I saw Edd, he asked, "What are you doing?", and we talked briefly. Had I known he would be called home so soon, I certainly would have talked longer, and thanked him for being my friend. We will miss you Edd K. Kevan |

| Message | Judy, Thadd, Jil, ED, Tiffany and Robyn My family and I are so sorry for the loss of your beloved Edd. What a wonderful man that so many of us had the true blessing of knowing. He was always very kind and made me feel a sense of calm just being in his presence. Once when I was attending NCSU he was renovating a home near there and saw me walking to class. It started to pour rain and as he passed me he waved, the next thing I knew he was pulled up beside me and said "get in I will drive you my Name is Edd". He did not realize he actually knew me until I got in. It was a wonderful act of simple kindness I will always remember. We chatted for a few minutes and I went on to class. Sweet man that is now making heaven a little sweeter. We are praying for Gods peace and spirit to wrap you and lift you. His faith and yours is an inspiration to me.
