| Message | I am the oldest daughter of Peter Jarocki born and raised in Lemberg. His parents are Bill and Helen Jarocki,(sometimes spelled Jarotski) there is a story behind this. We will be coming to Lemberg this summer for a family reunion the long weekend the end of July and beginning of August. I can hardly wait. | Message | Jarocki Family Reunion July 31 & Aug 1, 2010 The Jarocki Family has planned a family reunion in Lemberg, July 31, 2010 and August 1, 2010. There will be lots of us attending that weekend. My father, the late Peter Jarocki, was born and raised in the Lemberg area. He joined the Canadian Army and went to England during WWII were he met and married Margaret Ligat. After the war they lived in the Lipton area for many years. Nine Children were born to Peter and Margaret. We visited Lemberg many times as children and I look forward to being there this summer. |

| Message | Hi Researching my family history,I have discovered my gt,gt,gt grandfather's daughter (my grandmother's aunt) left Liverpool on the SS Victorian on 12th April 1912 and crossed the Atlantic during the very same time the Titanic left Southampton and sunk south of Halifax. Annie Mary Matilda Fulker is shown on the ship manifest as intending to reside permanently in Canada,contactable via Lemberg,Sask' Post Office. She was a dressmaker in England and was aiming to be a 'Domestic" once in Canada. I suppose it's a long shot - would anyone know the name? All the best Mike |
