MessageI have been following your blog for the last couple of years. I have really enjoyed it. My wife and I have been wintering in Mexico for the last 7 years and last year was the first time we took the RV down. It was a great trip.

MessageHi fellow Mexico traveller. My wife and I have been travelling to Mexico for winters for 20+ years, sometimes by car, sometimes in a little Roadtrek RV that has been everywhere, including driven into Real de Catorce. I look forward to watching your blog.

MessageHi Croft,

I tried to comment on your blog but for some reason I cannot. I assume it is because I have no account with the options listed.

Anyway, my son lives in Panama City Beach and when I saw your post about going to Panera I thought I would share with you some good local restaurants there. Also, if you have never driven down 30A, I think you and Norma would enjoy that. Several places like Rosemary Beach, Seaside, Alys Beach, Watercolor and more with restaurants and shopping. Upscale and expensive to stay there, but fun to spend the day in this area.

If you are interested in the restaurant recommendations, you can email me and I will email them to you. I did not see your email address in your profile.

Enjoy your visit to the panhandle of Florida and I hope the weather will cooperate for you!

MessageI was just reviewing your trip last year to Oaxaca. We will be at Casa Sopetran on Friday.

I still follow your travels. Lay off the oyster po' boys this year.

Thanks for the writing that you do.

MessageRegarding nosing and tasting single malt scotch; having been at a whiskey distillery in Scotland in September the suggested way is neat or with a drop or so of unchlorinated pure water to enhance the aroma. Icing was not suggested. And warm the glass with your hand before nosing and tasting! Just saying!

MessageWe really enjoyed our evening with you, Norma, Val and Muff. Thank you for inviting us and feeding us wonderful jambalaya. We rode our bikes by you place a few times but you were not there. Then the rain started and wimpy me became house bound. I see you are now in Texas and on your way to whoever knows. Have a fabulous trip and a good southern winter. It is not going to be nice in the North so we are glad to be here in Yuma. Godspeed!
