MessageMy dog has been every part of good in every day the past 10 years. I have had much loss, my husband being one of them. After his death I got my dog to help me feel joy again, and she has. I lost my job 9 months ago. Finally, I found a job a 2 months ago. It is about that time that my precious girl was diagnosed with bladder cancer. They told me she has 6 months to a year to live. It has broken my heart. The one true life that has given me joy and happiness is now going to be gone. She is on medication to help shrink the tumor and extend her life as much as possible. I have made the decision to forego any cancer therapy due to his age, but he is on prednisone and i am providing healthy homemade meals with lots of TLC. I have 2 other dogs and recently my cat passed from complications due to IBD. I myself have health issues as well as trying to be self employed. Needless to say it has been quite challenging.
