| Message | Hi, Jim & Fans, I haven't been on the site in awhile because nothing is happening. Barbara F, do miss hearing from you. Hope all is well. Winter is half over in upstate NY. Happy about that ! I am making some vacation plans. Always have to have plans to visit someplace I've never been before. I'm turning 65 in the Fall and plan on being in Nova Scotia with a friend. I got an e-mail from the American Music Theatre in Lancaster today announcing their shows for the 2010 season. It says: Jim Nabors July 25, 2010 3:00 PM Tickets on sale to the public Feb. 27, 2010 Is this right? I hit this site almost daily just in case, maybe, maybe one more show. | Message | I was just up late and thinking about Jim Nabors, and the time I heard him singing "O Mein Papa" and decided to see if there was a fan club for the man. Some of my fondest memories were watching re-runs of Gomer Pyle USMC when I was just a child. Though I know the character and the man are very different people, Jim is a hero to me.
