MessageIt was neat to discover your website. I used to love to watch your old program "Gomer Pyle" on TV. I especially love to hear you sing. You have such a deep voice. Would love to see you in person some time.

All God's Love,

Virginia

MessageThank You! Thank You! Thank You! as Gomer would say. For putting the new radio interview with Mr. Nabors on the website. It felt like I was spending a very entertaining hour with Mr. Nabors, a rare treat indeed. It was the most I have ever heard you talk, ever, with so many interesting stories. Would love to hear you talk about some memories from "The Jim Nabors Hour".

Mr. Nabors you have been such an inspiration in my life.

MessageMr. Nabors,
I'm from Alabama and was wondering if you've ever considered joining Facebook? I recently became friends with Mr. George Lindsey on his Facebook page. I'm sure there are many Alabamians and Sylacaugians who'd love to keep in closer contact with you.
Thanks,
Scott S.

MessageThank you Ron for posting the long interview that Jim recorded recently. Like others I listened to it with great interest, particularly the reference he made to Marilyn Munroe. Way way back in 1955 she was in England making PRINCE AND THE SHOWGIRL CO-STARRING SIR LAWRENCE OLIVIER.

MY HUSBAND AND i WERE IN WESTMINISTER ABBEY WHEN A BEAUTIFUL B LONDE LADY (THE ONLY OTHER PERSON THERE) ASKED IF SHE COULD JOIN US IN meandering through this lovely Abbey. we found the Coronation Chair used in ceremonies and she sat in it and asked us to take her photograph which we did using her own camera unfortunately noT ours and we spent a lovely time with one another. Next day on the news programme it stated that MArilyn Munroe had spent 3 delightful hours with two unknown Australians touring the Abbey and AND SHE WAS SORRY THAT WE PARTED WITHOUT HER THANKING THEM
,
NEEDLESS TO SAY WE WERE ASTONISHED THAT WE HAD NOT RECOGNISED HER JUST SAW THE BEAUTY OF HER BOTH PHYSICALLY AND IN HER PERSONA. TO MEET JIM IS ALSO A MEMORABLE OCCASION NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME. GOD RICHLY BLESS YOU MY DEAR JIM

MessageOh, my goodness! What a delightful interview. Thank you, Ron, for getting onto the site for us. My own new website about Jim's music has already been so well received. It will take some weeks for it to show up on AOL, Google, Yahoo and Bing (that's always the case), but once it does, it will be easily found in search engines.
Sending good wishes to all of you, and hoping that wherever you are, the aloha spirit of Hawaii reaches you! Love to all, Susan

MessageDear Jim,
I was telling my son about you on Gomer Pyle, and how you sing so wonderfully. My son has a deep singing voice like yours. I found him this web site so he could see you and hear you sing.

We hope all is well with you, and I want to thank you for all the joy you have brought us through the years, and hopefully for many more.

God bless you!

MessageThe interview with Jim was very interesting. I enjoyed sitting and listening to his stories for the entire hour! History is interesting and his promotion story was pleasing to hear. He is a fine soldier and American.
