2113. When something is sold on credit, the period should be fixed clearly. If, a commodity is sold with a condition that the seller would receive the price at the time of harvest, the transaction is void, because the period of credit has not been specified clearly.

Messageકોંગ્રેસના વિધાનસભ્ય અને મોટા ઉદ્યોગપતિ ટીજી વેંકટેશે મુખ્યમંત્રી રાહતનિધિમાં એક રોડ રૃપિયા દાન કર્યા હતા. આજે તેઓ પોતે દાનમાં મળેલાં વસ્ત્રો પહેરે છે. તેમનું ઘર તાજેતરના પૂરમાં તણાઈ ગયું હતું. વેંકટેશ રાયલસીમાના સૌથી મોટા ઉદ્યોગપતિ કહેવાય છે. તેમનું ઘર તણાઈ જતાં તેઓ કુર્નૂલની એક હોટલમાં રહીને પૂરરાહતની કામગીરી પર નજર રાખી રહ્યા છે.

ઉદ્યોગપતિ તથા વિધાનસભ્ય વેંકટેશનું ઘર, હોટલ, હોસ્પિટલ પાણીમાં ડૂબી ગયાં
પહેરેલે કપડે ઘર છોડી આવનાર વેંકટેશ મિત્રના દાન કરેલાં વસ્ત્રો પહેરીને રાહતકામમાં વ્યસ્ત

agreement on 1996/97 other party was going to pay me 125k,under three months.is more than enough to buy two terrace houses in London @above year.
witch never happend,other party never keep their
promised,
now they coming with same offer,after 13years,
this amount it cannot buy 1 bedroom flat @present time.if i dont accept it dose this person get punnishment on kayamat day?

MessageAssalamo Alykum,

Sadik Karim a good friend of Yakub and I passed away at mid night on 25th Sept 09.This was great shock as having seen him on sunday I prayed that he would pull through.

Sadik's funeral was attended by many of his friends and Tankarvis from around England.

Sadik will be deeply missed by many of us.He was good human being and good friend.

We would like to pass on our condolences to all his family in London and Tankaria.

We pray that his soul shall rest in peace and that he will be rewarded with a wll deserved place in Jannat.

Yakub AND I shall miss him.
