Messageઆમોદ તાલુકામાં આવેલ માતર ગામે રહેતાં મહંમદ આદમ ઉમરજીએ ગામમાં જ રહેતાં અબ્દુલ ઇબ્રાહિમ કકુજીને ૪૪ કિવન્ટલ કપાસ કિંમત રૂ. ૩૨૬૧માં વેરયો હતો. લાંબો સમય વીતી જવા છતાં અબ્દુલે મહંમદભાઇના નાણાં નહીં ચૂકવતાં મહંમદભાઇએ અવાર નવાર અબ્દુલ ઇબ્રાહિમ કિકુજીને ઘ્યાન દોરવા છતાં તે ગલ્લાં તલ્લાં કરવા માંડ્યો હતો.
દરમિયાન મહંમદભાઇએ અબ્દુલના ઘરે પહોંચી નાણાની માગણી કરતાં તેણે છરી વડે હુમલો કરી દીધો હતો. જયારે તેના સાગરીતો સલીમ યુસુફ કકુજી તથા અબ્દુલ યુસુફ કકુજીએ દોડી આવી મારમારી ઇજા પહોંચાડી હતી.
