I apologize for everyone else who must read this, but I'm getting attacked repeatedly by Weber relatives who do not know the whole story and they do not leave me a phone number, email, nor any other means to reply to them. Karen was asked if she wanted to go to hospice and she shook her head NO. REPEATEDLY!!! You could have seen this yourself, had you gone to see her. What kind of a husband and children look into their mother's or wife's eyes and tell her that they are going to send her to hospice anyway? Doubt that she was able to shake her head no to answer a question? Read the TRANSCRIPTS from court!!! Ray admitted that she could. She has been very ill the past several weeks, but in April she was FINE -- she was just paralyzed and recovering from a stroke! This is when she was asked by nursing home personnel if she wanted to go to hospice and she shook her head no. They asked the question and witnessed the response. All the trial and court information is public record. Please check to see if Ray was even in town when the motion was filed with the court. He was gone! Also, please check to see how many times Dusty, Nick, and Kasey have seen their mother in the past 5 years. You will be shocked. So do not even try to tell me how lucky we are. There is no winning. That makes me sick. Here I am trying to grieve over the death of my sister and you insult me? Disgusting! |

| Message | Dear Joyce I know that this is a time of sadness, and believe me with Lorri's curremt situation, I know that profound sadness more than I could have commiserated two weeks earlier. BUT we, as a family, friends and community have stood firm in our conviction that LIFE is not in our terms, but God's, and that we do not have the audacity to determine the finality life. Ray did not win and for that I am so thankful...because with the Shiavo case that would have set a precedence that would be difficult to overcome. Karen was a gracious, loving, caring person who did not chose this fight...but it was a fight that she and those that loved her fought, until God called her home...in the months that I watched this play out, I realized that I only saw our family, as the role I played as my mother's daughter ...but our family... especially the women,are so strong, so resilient, so steadfast, hardworking, determined, caring and loving..that I am truely thankful to be a part of this family and so blessed to have this family support. Karen is now at peace but her passing has given us as a family an opportunity to renew our values, our commitments AND our need to re-connect to each other....if there is ever anything I can do, or anything you need, please call me...and please keep Lorri in your thoughts and prayers...Love Flo |

| Message | I know for a fact this women will be greatly missed, cause i am friends with her nice! I want to take a min and tell the whole family, each and everyone of you, this is a hard thing to have to go thru, i just went thru it myself the first part of Aug. We lose our family and friends and sometimes we don't know why! I'll know why, cause the good lord called on them and told them it was time! He needed them! We think it's it's unfair, but I know for sure he needed her, or she would still be with you! I'm not here to preach, just to let you know when it's god's plan for you or something to happen, nothing will prevent it@ I'm very sorry for your loss...love ya sara....  |
