| Message | You blog is inspiring. I started training for a marathon and shortly into it I found out I was pregnant with my 1st child (4 yrs ago now) and stopped. I have stayed active and fit but not continued with my running and I have 21 weeks to train for my first marathon run with the plan to run a 5K, a 10K, and hopefully a 1/2 marathon during that time to help me stay motivated/build up to it. Do you have any suggestions for me? |
