MessageI really like your blog - it looks like you stopped doing it??

I just started my own blog - inlawswithmoney.blogspot.com - about my own experiences with alcohlism with very controlling, wealthy in-laws. Would love to link your site to mine. There's some good information in here!

MessageMy son is going into rehab for the 2nd time. I have never been to an alanon meeting but thought I would see what I could gather from this site. I guess I am scared to go and listen to other's stories as I have so many of my own and have lived it.. might be weird but that is how I feel..any advice?

MessageI am working on step 2 and one of my assignments is to ask other Al-Anons about their Higher Powers (HP) and how their HP has helped them gain sanity. How has your HP helped you? smilie

MessageSouth Dakota here...from the great city of Sturgis!!!! Just surfing some al-anon info and noticed you needed a SD Al-Anon!! Have been in the program since October 2004 and am so grateful that my husband is an alcoholic and I found al-anon. Fortunately, since we are home to one of the biggest motorcycle rallies in the world, I have the opportunity to meet people from all over the world and never have to leave my home group!!!!
