I would like say that their service is really efficient and great. The item also did not disappoint me. I actually ordered a dress from MGP but it got lost in the mail. The girls were really nice and patiently answered all my enquiries, and the best part of it all was that they actually offered to replace my lost item out of goodwill! Service is really fantastic Oh and I forgot to mention that the dress was nice as well |

| Message | Hey girls, just thought I'd share my experience with everyone I actually bought a dress from mgp but somehow, the item didn't arrive even after a week or so. I mailed the mgp girls and they helped me to lodge a report with Singpost, and were really patient with my many enquiries! But the best part is that they actually offered to replace the dress out of goodwill! But as it was OOS, they let me top up for another item! Just a few hours ago, I received in my mailbox a dress which I only topped up a few dollars for! And it's nice too i'll definitely shop here more often from now on. Yup so to all the girls out there, do give them your fullest support! |
