| Message | To: Chief Justice of Supreme Court-Anthony Scalia-Dear Chief Justice Scalia-I do not understand why Justice Hagan is allowed to participate when she helped form this whole "obamacare Law" Have watched C span today on discussion and she has more than anyone else to say about this law that "we thepeople" DO NOT WANT SHOVED DOWN OUR THROATS. Would you, sir, be so kind as to explain why she hasn't recused herself??-or been asked to? or is this all a hoax from the top down? I am 78 yrs old and widowed but I still go to work to support myself and all I need is the Medicare Advantage restored -over 6 billion dollars have been taken from medicare to pay for "obamacare". Also they are taking an extra $10 + from my bimonthly paycheck (which isn't to take effect til 2014) which is small to begin with and there are many of us out there still supporting ourselves. Now doctors are not taking any new patients if they are on medicare because they don't know if they'll be paid. they are waiting to see what happens with this new "Universal Healthcare" Washington doesn't know what we "little people" go through every day and are grateful to see the "old" medicare come back. I beg you on behalf of all old people-please strike this down -it was done behind closed doors,no one read it before it was passed. Nancy Pelosi said "pass it ,then we'll know whats in it. Thank you Chief Justice Scalia.I have watched you since you first were appointed. Please speak on behalf of the people. thank you. |
