| Message | Glad to see someone from Seymour on Echolink. I am just getting my feet wet using it and parts of it still seem "black box" right now. I was born in Seymour and lived the first 6 years of my life there. I also lived there a couple of times later in life. My dad was in charge of the dye house at the old woolen mill, I hope to get back some day for a visit to see how much it has changed. I did notice one change from the map on QRZ. It is now Freeman Municipal Airport. When I was living there, it was Freeman Field and I used to play in the old WWII German aircraft that had been brought in for evaluation after the war and before they were bulldozed into oblivion at the end of the runway.
