| Message | My survey was not the easy community plat survey and yet it was done superbly and spot-on accurately. I interviewed a number of survey companies, no less than nine. All of them left me with no confidence in their skill, a feeling like they'd get to me maybe next year, or a bad case of sticker shock. The only one that was accurate, responsive, professional, skilled, timely, affordable, and curteous was HFSO. John went the extra mile and gave outstanding customer service, more than I had a right to expect. In other words, when the job was done and he was paid, I was still treated as a valued customer. He also was understanding, supportive, and knowledgeable in the face of possible boundary disputes. I was able to reach them by cell, email, office phone, and in fact I never had one moment when I wondered if I made the right choice. I only wish my other experiences with other firms were as smooth.
