| Message | Hi Gene & Mark; Just a little note to let you guys know that I enjoy your show on KJIC, Sante Fe, Texas since being redeem through the blood of Christ, 1999, and even though I am not perfect and trying to live as the Lord wants me to I see and feel through others I have made an 180 degree turn by trusting in the Lord Jesus Christ. He is #1 in my life now, KJIC gospel is the main radio station I listen to on the net and a radio I turn down when I go to bed at night. | Message | My husband introduced me to Bluegrass when we first married and I wondered what was I getting in to. But now I love that bluegrass sound. Gene, you were at our church in Forsyth, last Sunday and we truly enjoyed having you minister in song. However, Jim was disappointed we didn't hear more bluegrass! Next time...more bluegrass please. | Message | Hi Mark and Gene. I wanted to let you know that I enjoy listening to your show on KWFC. I live in Nixa. I also wanted to let you know we share some history, Mark and I that is. I am the grandson of the late Rev. Earl Jones. Son of Arthur Ray and Carolyn Bassett. My aunt is Joyce Fers, whom I have heard you mention on your radio show. It makes me feel close to home (Dixon) every time I get to hear your show. I don't know if you remember or not, but my mom Carolyn ran the 'Cook Shack' at Bill Jones Bluegrass Festival for several years. From mid-80's to mid-90's. | Message | Mark and Gene, I Listen to your show every Sat and Sun when I get a chance. I love the Believers Bluegrass songs about Jesus and His word. I'm from Fla; we don't have that kind of Music there. I had trouble trying to find that kind of music years ago. We had a little of it, and it disapeared. Now, I live here in Springfield, MO. I love the Bluegrass. I played in a band once in Fla. I play Mandolin, and have had 4 of them in the last 15 years. I never took lessons and listen by ear. My dream is to play in a Bluegrass group and sing Bluegrass Gospel music. Take care I'll keep on listening to you all! Bill Muzzey |
