| Message | Thank you very much for sharing your kangals with me. We recently had a purebred kangal puppy collapse on our front lawn and he almost died of malnutrition, dehydration and some serious injuries. At the time we didn't know he was a kangal. We took him to the vet and nursed him back to health and he is a turning into a fantastic addition to the family. He was about 4 months old when he came to us and he's now about 10 months old. We were told he was an Anatolian Shepherd Dog but after further research he looks identical to all the kangals on your website. The Anatolian is not a breed you see a lot of so it doesn't surprise me that we are uneducated when it comes to their origins and breed differences. Toby is definitely a kangal. I thoroughly enjoyed the stories and pictures. Thank you very much for helping me to confirm exactly what Toby is. Susan Drake |

| Message | I'm new to Kangals but I love them! I had a huge(28" 110lbs)pit bull that died last December from cancer. He was my best friend and I loved him very much RIP dearest BoBo.  I would love to have a Kangal but my little yard in the city would not be suitable. Love your site and happy 4th July, DoggyDaddy |
