| Message | I just finished "A Soldier's Story". Wow, it was really good. It was a beautiful story of forgiveness. We have a tendency to ask God to forgive us, but we can't forgive ourselves, so we stay buried under a load of guilt that affects not only us, but those around us. It will color every area of our lives, and causes us to miss out on so much that God has in store for us. This story is about letting go of guilt and trusting God. When God says that our sins are cast into "the sea of forgetfulness" we need to have faith and trust Him at his word. We can learn from this story - trust God. He is faithful and just to forgive us - and we have to walk out in faith knowing that we are truly forgiven. God bless, hope everyone enjoys this story as much as I did. |

| Message | Hello to my incredibly talented cuz! I just finished the "promise," and I LOVED it! Any story that weaves the Spirit in and around the words is a keeper... add in some characters who are unique & genuine, children, and animals, and you had me at chapter 1. Make me laugh, cry, and want to turn the pages faster to see what happens, and there's a book I want to read... and finish! And so I did. God has only just begun with you... | Message | I just finished A Soldier's Promise. What a wonderful story. I just loved it! Thank you so much for writing a story featuring the military. As a mother of an soldier (Air Force) it is good to see an author write a book that has respect for our men and women in uniform. The book was awesome and well written, great character development. I get the Love Inspired books in the mail by subscription, so I look forward to reading book two. I was thinking while reading this book that Celia needed someone in her life. I am glad that you have written her story. |
