| Message | I've gotten my CUSTOM XXVIII. (28)!! Really beautiful. Good quality Jap charms with pink swarovski pink heart in white bracelet band. Was meant to be a gift, but now i don't feel like giving already. LOL.. The Elegant theme was really nice too. All i did was to send an email saying i wanted black and gold bracelet, white and gold bracelet and tadah! Thanks for doing such a fabulous job, fast and efficient too! Delivery package was nicely done and bubbled up. Hope to deal with you again soon! Huat ar! =D |

She's also considerate in a sense that she would put herself in our shoes and provides helpful suggestions to aid us in our decision making. | Message | haha it's me again [: this's the 2nd time i purchased from her shop in THIS MONTH ALONE. this is how appealing her services are :D of course, as usual, she's really helpful and quick in getting everything ready for meetup. i got my goods on the day she confirmed my order! wow. this time, i bought it as a present for my friend. thus, i requested for a box at the last minute but she was still able to do it nicely for me! she even gave me alcohol wipes so that the charm can remain shiny even after some time :D cmon! everyone, get your butts up and start purchasing from SOPHISTICATION LAB She was very patient with me as well since i'm a newbie in bank trasnfering haha  She has the passion to sesrve her customers and is not doing this only for money. I just had a new piercing, and she adviced me not to wear hers yet as she was afraid that my ear might be sensitive to the material. That's very nice of her!  other blogshop owners might not even care about your welfare.  Also, she sends in the item THE MOMENT she receives the payment. In addition, she sends me all the required information regarding the package so that i can keep track of it All in all, her service is SPLENDID and EFFICIENT. i'll continue supporting her, that's the reward she deserves for being such a great seller  |

The ballerina pendant broke and she took the effort to came all the way from the west and met me in city hall to change it for me on the spot! Great service =D Can see she's one with passion not those who only care bout making money!! definately not a scammer =D Thanks gal!! Will deal wif u again! Tc..!! |
