MessageHi Nats, been here... smilie

I have given Facebook up - it's just too damn commercial and is being used by every hacker on the face of the earth - so blog away - I'll take your lead and try my hand at it myself...!!!

We're fine here is sunny SA [for now] Elections on the 22 April and THEN we'll see just how much fall out there may or may not be...so far still positive about the country and all its people but sometimes staying positive requires a fair amount of tongue biting...

All healthy...Brogan's marks are creeping up with all reaching the next level...oh the boy hates school and finds it so boring! It's a constant challenge. On the things that he is engaged on, he is excellent so we plod on with school hoping that the result will enable him to get into further studies -- so far we're on track.

Company is doing well, just taken on our own Marketing guru and already she's making good in-roads into new clients - I feel better with more clients under our belt in this economic climate - some of our existing clients have HQ's overseas and they might close...anyway more later

much love

We love Ireland and I would be happy to provide tips, there is an email address with my profile and that would probably be easiest! Good luck with everything, if you are anything like us you will NOT be sorry smilie

We are leaving SA in exactly a year to come live in Ireland. How cool that I find your blog now!! I am going to start reading 2007, and work my way forward smilie I may ask you some questions about how you found everything moving from SA to Ireland. If you have any tips I would be most grateful.

MessageHello Brendan!
Wow, thanks so much for the comment - I read other blogs and always feel inadequate by comparison when I read theirs, how fabulous to here somebody out there enjoying mine - barring friends and family that is... smilie !

MessageI have just had a very interesting read of your 2007 blogs. I will read more. I am a new recruit to, at the moment, just reading blogs. I heard the 2 people on Ryan tubridy show this morning(maman poulet and a chap called mulley) talking about blogging. I went looking at their's and i just happened across your blog. I hope things continue to go well for you. I too lived in America for a couple of years in the early 1980s and decided to return home, with no regrets. Many of the things you have done since you came here i did in america. We met great neighbours, joined a rugby club there, had many visitors from home, went back to church(great way of meeting people!!) and saw so much. I love your sunny optimism and ability to get on and enjoy life. I look forward to reading your 2008 and 2009 blogs. Brendan
