| Message | Brilliant web site and such a wonderful book. It would be nice to know what happened to Nora and her family, especially as they feature even more in the Duchess of Bloomsbury Street. Would be great if they opened 84 as a book shop again. |

| Message | One of my all time favourites. I have it on DVD,audio tape, books and I have the London theatre programme. Just a pity the shop is now a wine bar. I have re-read, heard and seen these items quite a few times. Brilliant |

| Message | Charing Cross Friends. My wife and I watched this marvelous movie at least a dozen times over the last 20 years. My wife just passed away, after 58 years of marriage. I watched it again last night and the tears and warmth returned as they always have. I am sure Livia also enjoyed it. Share it with friends as we have. Paul |

| Message | I only just discovered this book in my library yesterday. Read it in one sitting and wondered why, as a booklover, I've never run across it before. After finishing it, I sat there wondering what happened to the characters. Hoping to find some tidbit on the internet, I ran across this wonderful site! Thank you so much for your research. This book should not be forgotten (and no, I haven't seen the movie yet, but hope to rent it soon). |
