| Message | Greetings Peter and to the Mothership St Vincent's Hospital and all who sail in her (past and present). I did my training 1973-1977 and have many nostalgic memories -particulary of the old wing and the "grey nurse". We were all so young and skinny then and worked so very hard, but we made great friendships and learned a lot about life and death and about ourselves. I stiil have my badge and buttons. Love your blog. Will spread the word and send a pic for the Hall of Fame.LOL Ann |

| Message | Hi Peter, I trained at St. Vinnies June '76 group. Just looking around the Vinnies website brought me to your page. I loved reading about our training.. such a change to today. I am Jenny Lawlor. I trained from June 76 to 79 and then did a few things only to go back to Vinnies and do Intensive Care '85 through to 95, including the ICU course with Dr Bob Wright. Anyway, I have a good friend Evie Lastovicka who trained in March 76 and she wants to get hold of her training history etc and as she lives in Canada asked for my help. Guess I will phone nursing Admin. anyway, good to get in touch Cheers Jenny |
