Fernandez, a Registered Nurse from Davao City, Philippines. I am applying as a Staff Nurse in your prestigious Hospital. I have 1 year experience as an Emergency Room Staff Nurse at Fanlo Medical Hospital.I am also an Intravenous Therapist. I am a trained Advanced Cardiac Life Suport Responder and First Aid Responder of Basic Life Support. I am also a BLS/CPR Instructor affiliated with Philippine National Red Cross Davao Chapter. I am also an Operation Smile Nurse Volunteer. I have valuable experiences as an scrub nurse and circulating nurse in the Operating Room Department and as a Pre-Op Nurse and as a Ward Nurse during my training in College as a student nurse.
