| Message | I also forgot to mention that the Post office is considering doing away with Saturday delivery. It's a bad move that will hurt all small businesses. I use the USPS because they have the *lowest* rates out of all carriers, and I refuse to allow the rate of shipping to be raised (by using another carrier) if the USPS does away with Saturday delivery. I am sure that my customers will not mind getting their package a few days later in exchange for keeping the lowest rate possible here at the Satanas Shop. Thank you - Venus Satanas |

| Message | Alex, I'm sorry for your experience but please note that on the banner page it states: "Altar banners are made as they are ordered, so production of your custom banner takes about 14 days for printing. " 14 days does not include Sundays. Also, the cost of shipping is determined by the destination and the weight. Shipping is not free, it is calculated according to the current rates - and if you would like to compare the shipping cost yourself you are free to visit the USPS shipping calculator to see the cost of the items that you purchased. I understand that in life we can't all make everyone happy but if there is anything that I can do to make it right, please let me know. Contact me... Thank you. |

| Message | whats with the price of banners. I assumed it would at least come with free shipping (Nope) Almost $40 for a banner. AND 2 weeks just to ship it!? (plus another week delivery) I'm not hating on the site or anything, but thats just a little ridiculous. Quality price+Unquality service=dusty wallet |
