MessageI'm guessing we came at the wrong time of year as everything seems to be closed for the season as we expected it would be but I do have to say something in praise for the beautiful scenery and the very hospitable attitude of the people we did do business with while we were here. We stayed at the Clarenville Inn. and had a very comfortable stay. Thumbs up from the Murtaghs,thank you.

MessageI found this web site when I was looking for information on Clarenville, Nfld.
I lived in Clarenville from Oct 1956 to Nov 1959. My father was the manager in charge of the Transantlantic cable station during that time.
I went to school there during this time and remember the great fishing and hunting times I
had around the area. I Love your web site.
