Message	Hi Tasha Just browsing my favourites list so thought I would take the opportunity to say 'hello'. I use 'Works' quite a lot, but Microsoft are dropping it next year. I have problems with 'Word'so have been doing my letters on 'Works', so can't send files to others. Shall have to get Office 2010 when it comes out. Cheers Grandad PS see you Christmas

I'm thinking of launching a hate campaign against them for the domain name but am unsure of the best line of action to take. Hate emails or hate snail mail?! Opinions would be welcome!
