MessageHello SIF,

I just wanted to say that this is probably the best Thomas website I've seen. It's very imformative, and I love how you guys dig deep into the conspiracies of our favorite #1 engine, especially the Magic Railroad. I recently signed the petition to get the director's cut of the movie out, and I think it would be a masterpiece if released. So thank you for getting that petition started. At least now Thomas has a chance of redemption.

I've also gotta say, some of the videos I've seen on the site are GENIOUS. Especially Ciremi's "The Yard". I wish I'd thought of that sooner. I mean, having our beloved childhood icons get into the mature stage of life is just hillarious! So, my best regards to Ciremi, and the rest of the crew on SIF. You guys are great at what you do, so keep it up!

Keep on steaming,
ThomasnBear1D3 of youtube

MessageOk, i understand, it was actually a practice vid so i can mix pics with a WMA file.

As a matter of fact, i've narrated some of my own written stories as well as made vids of the stories from 'Edward The Blue Engine' if anyone's interested

MessageI've created a vid of Super Rescue with the audio from SiF, may I be permitted to upload it?
Unfortunately, this is becoming a bit of a problem. If it contains material by a SiF member, then no, we cannot rightly grant permission on their behalf, and would prohibit anyone who tries to upload this kind of thing. Thanks for asking though David, but unfortunately, we'd rather you didn't upload it

MessageHello, me again. I have some other questions to ask.

1. Neil Crone mentioned that he and Kevin Frank went in to audition for The troublesome trucks. Does this mean that they were to have a speaking part and if so what did they say?

2. Do you know any of George's lines (possibly when he tricks Splodge or other parts)?, just curious.

Lastly I have seen the clip with PT Boomer on Youtube and I wanted to say that I am a little disappointed this was not in the actual film. I don't know what the studio was thinking deleting all that (I forgot to say this in my first one).

All the best,

William

Q1:The Troublesome Trucks did not have any lines per se in the script. There's only one scene with Thomas shunting where they are described as being "rebellious trucks who are singing rudely at him" So Neil and Kevin probably went into the audition ad-libbing the trucks' silliness.

Q2: George is mostly limited to delivering one-liners in the 4-5 scenes that he's present. The longest being near the end when Splodge try to make him destroy the magic buffers. He refuses to and renounces D-10's promise of a roller rink (turntable). His final lines are If you want to smash those buffers, do it yourself!"

MessageHi, I was searching on the Net and came accross your site. Because I'm living in the Netherlands it's impossible to find episodes of Thomas, Michael Brandon narroted over here. So I was wondering or someone would be able to help me with epsiodes of the 6-12 season? I have some of them but not all. I also read the interview with Michael here about his work for Thomas which I had never read before. Keep up the good work for this website! It's great!

MessageI loved watching Thomas the Tank Engine as a kid as well as the live action Shining Time Station. Great to see that the fans are still around the world and still holding strong :) Keep the originals ALIVE!

MessageHi i just want to say i fully support the campaign and i have a question to ask. How will George and Cranky's scenes going to be in it (if it does happen) if they weren't filmed?

Just asking.

Hi William,
As you've correctly observed, they obviously wouldn't. Cranky and George's roles were dropped after the 19th May version of the script. If the DC offers anything, it's the reinclusion of PT Boomer into the storyline. Thanks for visiting the fansite! :) ~J
