I am in desperate need to raise funds for the "Angel Tree Kids" (prisoners kids) to purchase Christmas gifts while their parent is locked up. Oct. 4, 2008 Start: St. Joseph of the Pines Overlook at Pine Knoll, 590 Central Drive, Southern Pines, NC 28387 Time: reg. 8:30 a.m. to 9:45 Ride begins at 10 a.m. Will stop at 1/2 point of the 100 mile ride at the world famous Southern Supreme Fruitcake Factory in Bear Creek, Chatham County, for taste testing and restrooms break.
