Hapa kuna kiyu muhimu sana na ni kwamba chama kiweze kuishauri serikali ya Tanzania kutumia Wind Mills katika kutengeneza Umeme. Denmark ni expert wa kutengeneza Umeme wa aina hii. Kila mkulima Denmark ana Wind Mill yake ya kutengeneza Umeme. Sasa kwa nini Balozi wetu anayeshughulika na Denmark pamoja na Sweden hawezi kuomba msaada kama huu ili kuepuka na Richmond nyingine.
