Thank you for all the time you spent with us this past weekend at our Edmonton Clinic. I had an amazing time and felt that I found a deeper level of confidence and understanding over the weekend.

Practicing sparring techniques with Sensei Holowaty was very beneficial and definately helped me understand the feeling of the proper block in a given situation and also how a punch should feel, whether I was throwing it or I was being hit. I look forward to working on it all further and improving all the more.

Thank you for trusting us with our Shindos, I will never forget that, nor will I abuse it.

It was a honour to be witness to the grading of Sensei Bowen, Sensei Joshua, Sensei Mike and Sensei Graham.

I appreciate beyond words the fact that we get to hear your stories, learn with you, and take with us the anceint style you have stayed true to and so humbly pass on to your students.

It is a pleasure to hold this antique and keep it safe.

Thank you for everything Sensei, I cannot wait for the next clinic in the spring.
