MessageThis site is phenomenal! The layout is super cool too. It's been thirty years since Moon's death and we're still waiting for a better rock drummer to appear. Well, sorry Bonzo fans but simply put there's never been a greater rock drummer than Keith. He was quite the character and a true original in every way. The Who carried on without Moon and have a right to, but the true spirit and heart of the band died when Keith did;-( Thankfully we've got the music and video to look back on and appreciate!
I always loved Keith's solo album too. While it often gets panned for not showcasing more drumming on it, I've always felt it completely captures Moon's complex and vulnerable personality! Keep up the great work with the site!!!

MessageWhat an awesome job you did on your site! I just can't get enough of the Who, especially ~*~~*KEITH*~~*~ Though I'm much older than you, I was still too young to fully appreciate the Who when they were a band. (To me, the Who died when keith did). Don't get me wrong, the other 3 lads were so awesome in their own right: John owned the bass, 1 of a kind, Roger had stage presence & ~*Pete*~ could rock a guitar like no one else and write all the Who music.....WOWWWWWWWWWWWW
But my love is KEITH! Soooo cute, soooo funny, soooo talented omg, so sad he died so young. I absolutely love to see him play on any video I can find, I don't understand how anyone could say there has been a better drummer......Keith was a genius with natural talent & what a showman! Twirling & throwing his sticks between frenzied
drumming....and his singing & expressions while he played. I'm also a big John Lennon fan, and am fascinated to learn how all the great talent from the 70's were so inter-related....they all knew each other & were good friends. What I would give to have been able to know & see in person (and ~party~ with) these ICONS. I still shed a tear when I think about John (Lennon) & Keith leaving us so young, and what we would have now if they could have continued. Anyway, love your obsession & passion for keith.....thought maybe I was the only one now smilie

PS: did you see adam sandler on vH1 the Who tribute? Loved it!

It is about damn time that someone made a website for Keith. It is also great that so many younger people are getting into The Who and Moonie's playing.

Glad I helped fill the Moonie void! And yeah, it's nice that not all hope is lost for the generations to come - Angie

MessageThis site is awesome - especially the Moon Radio. I was rocking out to Don't Worry Baby in my office and the boss walked in. Awkward moment. I like manipulating the bass on who songs so you only hear Keith and John. Unbelievable skill.

The radio is one of my personal favorite pages on the site, too. It's fun to put the spotlight on Keith's input in the band, whether his drumming or his vocals. - Angie

MessageOMG an 11-year-old fan. A.W.E.S.O.M.E. Whatever her parents did, they did it right. Everyone should know (and possibly love) about great bands like The Who and The Beatles from birth. It disgusts me when teenagers have no idea who Keith Moon or John Lennon are. Their parents suck.

I'm so grateful my parents exposed me to decent music early. I don't know who I'd be if I didn't listen to the music I do. - Angie

MessageIs there anybody out there who is my age or younger?
i would really like to know at least ONE fifth grader who knows who keith is. I'm sorta getting sick of doing this whole, long speech about how great he is to my friends and then have all of them stare at me blankly and go back to talking about hannah montana.

Actually, my sister is ten-years-old, a fourth grader, and is EXTREMELY familiar with The Who. Mostly because of me. Unfortunately she won't be visiting this site any time soon, because...I'd rather she didn't. But just know you aren't the only cool kid left in the world. - Angie

MessageHope this isn't counted as spamming, but goddam.
I just have to say that, I thought I was a young Keith fan, but it seems there is someone on here that is 10 jears my junior!
Shit!

I know, I thought I was a young fan, and I'm eighteen. I guess kids are seeing the light and coming joining the good side! - Angie
