During his current employment with Aircel he has promoted Vision India Services Private Limited (https://vispl.co.in), and North Star. Vivek’s proxy director in Vision India is Sanjay Kumar. Vivek uses the pseudo name ‘Vikramaditya” uses the email id of: [email protected], when it comes to Vision India. Vivek’s proxy in North Star is his brother Pankaj Singh. Till date Aircel & North Star has been the primary and anchor accounts for Vision India’s staffing business. From its inception to till date VIS would have done approximately INR 300+ crores of business. North Star is providing facility management services to Aircel and Vision India, e.g. guesthouse, pantry services, housekeeping, and infrastructure provision. It would from its inception have done a business of approximately INR 200+ crores. VIS’s “Rural BPO”, has Aircel as its primary client. I am aware of Vivek’s schedule. Every alternative evening at around 8 PM he arrives at A19, Sector 67, Noida U.P. (VIS office) till 11 PM. He is there on all Saturdays from 11 AM to 11PM.
