I missed a couple of private notes until today and saw that the Oct. 23 concert won't be played by Martha Argerich as you point out. Pogorelich will certainly be 'replacement' whose playing is always of interest.

I read last night that the rest of the tour with Detoit this month shows Argerich withdrawn from the tour to rest, apparently. I'll strike those out tonight after I finish a few projects I'm doing today.

Thanks to Quinten who has given me a timeline for concerts after October that I must also put onto the webpage and will.

Thanks of course to all those who keep us on top of concert events or cancellations.

I'm not sure if that's news for you, but Martha won't play the Braunschweig concert (Oct. 23, 2009, Pogorelich will instead play Chopin 2nd concerto); she will however play in Braunschweig January 17, 2010 with Zilberstein (while at the same time receiving the "NORD/LB Artist Award 2009"smilie.

Read on "classixfestival.de" under "Pressemitteilungen" (in German).
