| Message | My Great Grandfather Samuel Dawe was born in Bay Roberts in 1860. He moved to New Westminster, British Columbia in the late 1800s and built ships in a shipyard that he began called Dawe Shipyards. I am planning to visit and do some research this Spring from May 31 to June 18. I look forward to meeting anyone who would like to share some history and lore. Bruce |

| Message | bay roberts please consider makeing a reasonably good skatepark,,,it would cost money but benefit the socitey and local busnises from helping the skate comunity skate in these places,,it would also help increase the number of tourists here in the town and also decrease the number of skateboarders skating at the burndown fishplant on water street,,,if this idea is at all considerd some vision from local skaters would be very convinient to help make plans for the park. it would be very much appreciated by the skate comunity,thank you |

| Message | Hey Bay Roberts! I wanna thank you guys for giving me the chance to see and meet some of my favorite bands. I am from Parker's Cove but I'm working in Fort McMurray, and last summer I went home just for the Klondyke! It rained a lot that day but I stayed the whole day and had a great time, I've been to 3 Klondyke's now, So the Klondyke is always a great time for me, p.s BRING BACK APRIL WINE and LOVERBOY, and possibly TROOPER!!!! keep on rockin Bay Roberts, see you at the next Klondyke!!  |

| Message | Bay Roberts...just a stone throw away from Spaniards Bay Spent a weeks vacation (not long enough...and a big HELLO to Val and Rhodie) in Spaniards Bay (also got screeched in officially, glad I don't have to do that again as it wasn't pretty )and visited daily to Bay Roberts for french vanilla cappacino...yummy ..Beautiful place and the people are of the very best kind...really hated to go back home...can't wait to go back to Newfoundland..perhaps this summer to take in the activities of Klondyke Days...sounds like a blast !!  |
