| Message | G'DAY TYLER AND FAMILY it's JAY. I'm back from my big trip to Sydney and spent it with Shannon Noll my hero - you can read about that in my journal. I am so glad you are doing ok, I was thinking of you lots while I was a way. I have a trick with the nasal gastric tube (if ever it gets blocked you can un block it with COKE) TRUE you can it works so well. Tell your mum not to think about what might be and think more about living for the moment and living each day and not thinking of things which have not happened and will not happen - you will win this fight mate and you should all be positive and believe that.
