Hi! I am new music teacher and am working with junior high boys. What a challenge! None of the choral music I have can seem to fit their ranges and my own attempts at arrangements have not gone so well...

SSAB would be wonderful for my high chool choir. I have 7 men and 20 women. I need some fun engaging songs. I already have slow songs. Of course I wouldn't turn down new ones.

I teach 6-12 choir in a small rural school. I am keeping an eye out for good songs especially for my 7th grade boys. I liked "Salty Dog" by Bob Siltman for my 7th grade boys because of the fitting range and fun attitude. I would love to find similar songs if possible.
Thank you.

I am teaching middle school choir again after a 12-ish year hiatus from public teaching. My library contains a lot of 4-part pieces that are not accessible to my MS choirs of 60 students. I really appreciate your offer of sample copies. Thank you again;
Pati D.

I'm currently directing separate 6th, 7th, and 8th grade choirs and am very interested in appropriate repertoire ideas. The choirs range from about 30-50 in numbers with about 10-12 boys in each of the 7th and 8th grades. 6th grade includes more.
Thank you!

I teach middle school chorus 5th-8th grade. I have no problem finding treble pieces for 5/6 and girls, but the 7th and 8th grade mixed choirs and boys choirs are what I would love to get suggestions for. I have a few true basses in both 7 and 8, a few temporary tenors, several whose voices are changing and have a limited range, and several unchanged boys. I have more girls than boys (who doesn't), but a decent number of boys. In 8th grade I have 44 girls and 21 boys, and in 7th grade I have 70 girls and 33 boys. Thank you so much!
