MessageI am interested in music for the cambiata voice. I am currently finishing up in music education at college. We are studying the changing voice and I need some literature that can help me understand the kind of music that is appropriate for the boys changing voice.

Thank You,

Cynthia

MessageTo Whom it May Concern--

I am writing to vouch for my student Joe Dalton, who wrote to you on behalf of our choral literature class. Joe has requested 9 packets (plus one for me, if possible) so that each student receives copies.

The students are choral ed majors and will be teaching within two to three years and we are contacting publishers in hopes of getting them on mailing lists and getting music into their hands.

Thank you for your help in this project!

MessageTo whom it may concern:

My name is Joe Dalton and I am a Vocal Music Education Major at the University of Wisconsin - Platteville. I am currently enrolled in a Choral Literature class that is emphasizing middle or high school appropriate literature. Currently we are contacting various music publishers to see if they would like to send us any complimentary music for us to have in our libraries as future choral directors. I saw your site and am quite interested in seeing what literature you have. There are nine students in my class and we would greatly appreciate anything you could send us.

Thank you,
Joe Dalton

MessageI am a Junior High teacher. I have 6 classes of seventh grade mixed students (3 per semester), an 8th grade class of boys, an 8th grade class of girls, a large 9th grade mixed choir and a small 9th grade mixed choir. I would love to see the music that you have for changing voices. That would be especially helpful in the 8th grade boys class.

Thank you,
-Matt Thornton

MessageI'm working with Youth Choir in a large Catholic Church--St. Joe Basilica in Bardstown, KY. The church itself is historic, lending itself to chant and other pieces that enjoy reverberation. I like to spice the parish repertoire with Gregorian Chant (sung according to modern rhythmic understanding) and other a capella music as often as I can.

The kids, of course are not historic. 15-member choir, mixed boys and girls, grades 6,7 & 8.
