MessageLooks like a lovely spot down there, but windy!!
Lovely to see the group rides through the river. My quarter horse mare was not keen on walking through puddles, but this winter has cured her of that, not sure how she'd react to a raging torrent though!

MessageHi Susan,
My heart skipped a beat when you mentioned you could have been electrocuted on New Years Day, I would have been devastated loosing such a lovely person as you for my e-mail buddy. Please take care always, I know what its like on the farm, so many dangers. Speak to you soon. Jac
PS Thanks for the December page, look forward every month.

MessageWhat a lovely filly foal you have - built like a... she's huge! I like her.

And I want a kune kune pig! It could guard the house with my three jack russels - something different for the post man.

Bye for now. x

MessageSue - last week we made the long journey, complete with delay's and part of the M25 closed, from Essex to meet you and see BR. I was lucky enough to contact you at the right time and see her first. After the eight hours in the car we were ready for a change of scene, and I was in for a treat with a ride around your beautiful farm on your lovely mare. Of course she was just what I was hoping she would be and decided to buy her. Having also found a horsebox in wales and purchased it that evening I was able to take her home the next morning. After of course a great meal with you - many thanks - and a very comfortable night in the local B+B (and a visit to the bank) we were back on the motorway. The trip home took a little over five hours and I almost made it home to do the school run! BR travelled very well and I did not hear a peep from her, she was glad to get out in the field and meet my children's ponies. So far she has been beautifully behaved and has been admired by many. I am looking forward to getting to know her and have ridden her around our farm a few times already. She will have a loving home with me and be part of my family, she has a window in the back of her stable that looks out over my garden and from my bedroom I can see into her box (back up for the foaling alarm)! It was refreshing to meet such a genuine family and be able to visit such a stunning place, many thanks.
