| Message | We stayed October 2009 Half term week in a 2 bedroom static - this is at least our sixth visit (lost count) and we were definitely not ready to come home. Hedley Wood is a perfect base for a camping holiday. It is in a brilliant location for exploring places in North Cornwall/Devon and the views in the site are gorgeous. You can always guarantee a warm welcome and the service thoughout the site is excellent, for example the bar man (thats you Danny) remembers what your usual drink is! The food is always spot on too - thanks to Andy and the other Guy. Also a special thanks to Sarah for making us welcome at the Halloween Party. We'll be back next year for sure x  |

| Message | Very wet when we were there !! Loved the bar and the food !! Had a problem getting anyone to take me camp site fees !! Very unusual, as people normaly want everything 'up front' these days !! Frankie (Our Dobermann) loved the bar as he became a bit of a 'celebrity' I personally became very fond of the 'Strongbow' and did shed a tear or two when we had to leave !! I would recommend the 'mixed grill' to anyone !!! Got to get me belly down again now !! |

| Message | Hello to everyone at Hedley Wood Just to say thanks for a great summer (well 4.5 weeks out of 6!) Thanks Andy for sorting us out with the t.v. satelite, everyone was really grateful, especially on those rainy days. Dan, now Tim and David have left the bar, expect you are getting earlier nights home!!  We have used several camping and caravan sites over the years, but none compare to the friendliness and helpfulness of your family and staff. There is always someone availble, who will stop what they're doing to help you. The fact that you take dogs of all sizes and numbers is brilliant, especially into the bar. They like to socialise too! When people ask where we stayed (so far 6.5 weeks this year), we always tell them about and recommend Hedley Wood. Where else? Many thanks and see you in October half term. | Message | Dear All Our 9th visit in 12 years - it was good to be back after a 3 yr absence! Alan, you made our holiday by making a beeline for us in the bar the night we arrived and welcoming us like old friends. Thank you also for the rubber mats to cope with the muddy tent entrance towards the end of our stay! We came home rested and relaxed, as we always do when we stay with you - there's no place like it. Had a fantastic first stay at Hedley Wood August 2009, 11 nights stay in all,only supposed to have stayed for 10 but enjoyed it that much stayed an extra night, didn't want to come home.  Everyone so warm and friendly, made our holiday so memborable.Good layout on site, food and facilities great and site very central for all out and about locations.The weather was great apart from a couple of rainy days but that didn't spoil anything. Will definatley recommend this site to all our camper friends, look forward to returning all going well next year,NEVER returned to a site twice but we WILL BE BACK DEFO. Ann Andy and Michelle   |

| Message | Thank you for a lovely holiday. It was once again a very plesant stay. Never disappointed, and despite the weather, a great time was had by all. Pitch location was ideal, right next to the park, utility facilities and Pub. Thank you for your nice hospitality and making us feel most welcome. It is always a pleasure to come back and hopefully we do so again next year. |
