MessageInteresting web site Richard.I have a WEBER (Landeron Caliber 248) chrono 17 Rubis in 18k gold. The watch runs perfectly. However, the gold cover on the case backing has detached from the metal back. Also, the metal back does not lock or snap on due to wear.
Is it possible to repair or find a case in gold or stanless steel for this watch?

Thank you for your time.

Messagesmilie Very interesting, I am only an entusiastic collector of 50 yrs and have over 50 watches, including enicar, 4x 72s my favorite, 3 which I had serviced at the Enicar factory in Switzerland in 1987 before they closed with the original paperwork of repairs/service.

MessageHi Rich.
I'm a watch and clock maker (horologist) in New Zealand. I've bought a bunch of Seiko 7002 to do up and resell on an auction site here. Getting them, the replacement dials etc was easy enough but I'm after some movement parts (rusted centre wheel etc).
Do you know who I could try?
Thanks, Paul
