I really do hope you are well, which by the sounds of your blog your having fun with the boat and things....sorry to hear your experience with NHS direct. They are rubbish. For more fun (don't know if they have it in your area) try 101...for 'non-emergency' police assistance....they are even worse...yes we'll take your call and do nothing about it!
