| Message | I saw Xanadu when it opened, it showed at the Skyway 1 theater in downtown Minneapolis, which is torn down but it had a killer sound system and they had it cranked. I proceeded to go 10 more times. I am waiting for slow Universal to release a blu-ray that contains the Midnight Special, the production reels, and other extras. Heck, I'll even take the movie alone. C'mon Universal, wake up it's the 35th anniversary! |

| Message | I am working on opening a roller rink in colorado and i'm gearing towards my favorite film xanadu. I have liscenced xanadu roller entertainment and building the place like the building outside of xanadu. come check us out... Still in the making possibly 2016 |

| Message | Just this week, popular comedy podcast HOW DID THIS GET MADE? (episode #101, available at Earwolf.com) did a live feature on the movie XANADU. Naturally the 4-person panel ripped it apart, but with great humor. A message board discussion link over at the Earwolf Forums brought me to this site… I'm so impressed by what you've put together here. Helps me to sort out how I can love and hate simultaneously such a potent mix of sound and imagery. Big fan of ELO & ONJ separately, but the few moments they are together here are magic. |
