| Message | To answer a few questions: The truck and camper are clean because we try not to go in the mud with them, while I don't mind going in the mud with my ATV. This trip we have not been able to do rafting or water sports as there has not been enough time, and I think we need to get back into kayaking again to build up our arm strength before we raft. Also the water is COLD! We were not able to get to Orey or Durango as the weather there was really bad - they had snow storms and cold weather. We kind of like it warm, so we stayed as long as possible in warmer weather. But we did get kicked out of Grand Valley with a severe storm. Since we were staying on a mud pile, we thought it would be better to be someplace dry. Thankfully, we have not seen snow or bear. We have tried out our gun, but that was at a shooting range. We did that yesterday. We are moving to Palisade CO today, and I will post pictures later tonight.  |
