Message	I received a very warm welcome from owners Gerald and Ann and during my stay nothing was too much trouble. The room was light, clean, well equipped and very comfortable with en suite facilities. What fantastic views from the window looking over open fields towards the market town of Otley. There was plenty of parking and Gerald cooked a fabulous breakfast. What more could you want? Thank you Gerald and Ann have a great Christmas and a happy new year.

Message	A very high quality of accommodation, very clean very comfortable, very peaceful. Plenty of safe car parking space. Pleasant views over the valley with fields of cows & sheep. You wont get much better than this, highly appreciated stay and made to feel welcome. Cannot find any negatives at all.

Message	A most enjoyable stay in a well equiped, clean and comfortable room for a very reasonable price.Very friendly hosts who made us most welcome and even offered to take us to the airport. Enjoyed plentiful cooked breakfast grapefruit,with tea and toast and preserves. We had a good supply of tea, coffée and biscuits in our room, which was cleaned each day. Message	Had stayed previously with other family members and loved it so returned. Had a lovely stay over the festive period. Hosts give a warm welcome and the room (family) is perfect. Fantastic location for walking, sight seeing and the pub at the end of the driveway serves great food, not so good as the breakfast though!
