| Message | Stuccoman, I love your postings on ICC message board and your website. I remember when you first started posting and the folks were blistering you. You are actually preaching to the choir in most cases, I am a Bulding Official in VA and have experienced some of these water infiltration problems myself on homes that I have owned. It's easier to understand when you have seen it firsthand, many new inspectors are young, owning thier first home etc. It's sometimes an uphill battle trying to get them focused on the problem we both see. Keep at it! Good job...codes are slow, but they are starting to come around. Flashing changes, housewrap changes recently. |
