Message	On the other side,,, nasa tarlac ako last jan 15 napanood ko nga ang street dancing sa F. tanedo. Ang saya talaga ng feeling pag nasa sariling bayan mo talaga. Ung place kung saan ka ipinanganak.(kasi im working sa manila kaya once a month lang ako nakakauwi). Namiss ko talaga ung F. tanedo.. ung bayan,, ung cathedral na ang ganda ganda ng view pag nasa taas ka ng KFC. Ang ganda ng tarlac kahit icompare mo pa sya sa ibang syudad. kahit na nga sa maynila pa. Sa tarlac kc modern yet laidback. May culture heritage parin. At masasabi kong under the watch of Mayor Aro Mendoza, ay nag improved socially and economicaly ang tarlac city. Organized ang palengke, malinis ang daan.

Message	sa business licensing and permit, ask ko lang po. Bakit hindi pwede bumaba ang sales receipt? Sabi hindi pwede bumaba, pumantay sa previous declarations. Bakit? For instance; imposible ba na nung 2007 ay 100,000 ang sales then nung 2008 eh 75,000 na lang. Eh di sana wala nang nagsara na business. Ano ang imposible sa sales na nagdecline????????
