But this news was tempered with the following excerpt: "After reaching a nadir (all-time low) in 2000, overall diagnoses of P & S syphilis are again on the increase. Today, more than 60% of new infections are diagnosed in men who have sex with men."

It is not a question of "if" you are going to die after catching the AIDS virus; it's a matter of "when".

As the data began to pour in, they allowed scientists to construct gene maps-using actual sequences from the Human Genome Project. And yet, neither the map for the X nor the Y chromosome contains any 'gay gene.'"
