| Message | Hello, I am looking to relocate upon retirement. My dream is to find a small flat someplace in the UK where I can happily live with my sewing machine and a cat as a companion. After looking at many towns and villages, Kings-Lyme looks wonderful to me. Can anyone tell me what daily life might be like for an active pensioner? What can one do on a daily basis! Are there plenty of shoppes, walking trails, bike paths, maybe a part time job? Thank you.  |

| Message | I was born in KL 2/4/1964 to a "Valerie Joyce Nelson" of Farnham I believe.My name when I was born was "Melissa Joy Nelson". I am looking for her if anyone knows of her or her where abouts.I would truly like to find her for medical reason. I was adopted by Jesse R & Maureen Boles who were stationed at RAF Sculthorpe.They were later transfered with the USAF to RAF Alconbury.A yr later my father was transfered to AFB DOver Delaware where I became an American Citizen.I can be reached at melissa.boles@ikea.com or mboles6983@aol.com.I now live in California. | Message | Hello all you linnets. Born & raised in KL. Lived on Gaywood Rd across from Clarks garage moved to Bagge Rd when I was 12 then my parents bought a house on Bentinck St where the KL swimming pool is now. Married Glenn Sartain, he was killed in an accident in 1961. Remarried Charles Evans and he was stationed at Sculthorpe. Left KL in 1966 and living in Virginia since then. Just home for a 2 week holiday and stayed with my best friend Wendy Overson Griffin on Bishop's Rd. Anyone would like to get in touch please do. KL will always be my home.
