| Message | I can reflect on my using life ? all my friends have know, I am 60 years old so my using history is extensive I drowned out all my feeling during my using life I cant change that but at least I know now why I used Heron for so long , Today i have a choice i no longer have too us drugs when i feel lonely or for any reason at all , What's helps me out when I feel down and out I do things tp get me out of it , (a) go to a meeting (B) I go to a treatment center i graduated from Example to give it away when it gettts real Tuff i break my day Down to One Day @ a time , stay drug free is the most inportant thing in my Life every thing elese will come |

| Message | Hi Mary, Thanks for passing on to me the Laura Nuss workshop and to get to listen and purchase you great interview and others. I looked at your book on Amazon and can't wait to get it now. I have issues that date back to parts of my life I can't even remember and this last week of teeth grinding had made me more aware of these inner problems w/the help of you and others and I can't wait to get started in discovering or uncovering what it is I need to heal in order to learn and grow- not to mention give my teeth a break. It drives me crazy- so much work in recovery you'd think it seap through deeper to the unconscious, but all this is just waking me up to more. Another learning experience.
