| Message | To Whom It May Concern, Good day!..I am looking for the website of Civil Registry office of Bayambang....but i cant find it..i got a lot of question for MRS. Sylvia Layacan..my mom is LANI ALCANTARA QUINAGON..i am planning to sponsor her for a tourist visa and the embassy required her to submit her NSO birth certificate, the marriage certificate and also the death certificate of my dad..Unfortunately, all of these documents are not to be found or much to say they were all not registered to NSO..how is that possible?..now they were asking my mom for a late registration...i dont have any problem with the cost of late registration...the problem is...my mom says that her name and her surname on her birth certificate were not accurate..it was written as LANIE ALCANTRA...in my birth certificate and my brothers birth certificate her name was LANI ALCANTARA.i did that typographical errors back when i was there for my birth certificate to correct her name from lanie to lani and alcantra to alcantara..is it possible to correct her name before filing the late registration so that when we get her actual NSO birth certificate we dont have to file another typographical errors?..thank you so much in advance..hoping you could answer all my question..you could reach me at [email protected] you lalyn shivers |
